Simple Sugar Syrup

This simple syrup can is a staple for a variety of mixed drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Make any amount using 1:1 ratio.

Method

First, heat the water in saucepan before adding the sugar. You don’t have to bring it to a boil, but it should be simmering.

Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

Store in glass container in the refrigerator for two to three weeks.
