This creamy dip is a crowd pleaser for any of your upcoming parties.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Real Bacon Bits
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup lite sour cream
- 1 cup Iceberg lettuce shredded
- 1 cup vine-ripe tomatoes diced
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Method
Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl.
When well mixed, stir in lettuce then bacon bits.
Add cheese. Add tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with bagel chips, bruschetta, or crackers. Also makes a great sandwich.
